Fairway Homes West has been delivering beautiful custom homes to satisfied customers for over a decade. The family partnership began in 2002 when brothers, Lowell and Jamie Hankel, along with Tom Fancher (Jamie’s father in-law) founded our parent company Reality Homes Inc. with a vision to build high quality homes with lasting value and energy efficiency in the Pacific Northwest.
The family’s vision was made a reality by starting from scratch in a small showroom in Fife, WA. and growing the business to meet the ever-changing needs of our homebuyers; while never straying from our original commitment to quality, integrity, and value. Along the way we have built thousands of homes and expanded the business to 10 Model Home/Design Center locations throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho; leading the “Built on Your Land” industry.
As the Co-owners moved part-time to Arizona they recognized the need for the “Built on Your Land” home building model and decided to bring it to the “Valley of the Sun” and are now serving in both Phoenix and Tucson Design Center locations.
