180/300 DAY PRICE LOCK
COMBO GUARANTEE
Fairway Homes guarantees that we will not increase the price on your home or upgraded options (see contract for terms) if you are site ready per the terms of the agreement within 180 days of the signed contract date. In the event your 180 day price lock expires before your land is site ready, and a price increase occurs, we guarantee that we will extend your new price for an additional 120 days. * See your partnership agreement for exclusions.
QUALITY PROMISE
Your Fairway Home warranty is a promise of our continued partnership. Our promise comes with a guaranteed set of building standards by QBW. (Quality Builders Warranty) *Detached garages are excluded and will receive a (1) year workmanship warranty only.
A "REAL" BUILD TIME CREDIT
Fairway Homes is proud to offer our customers with an industry leading build time credit. We will provide a $1,000 credit for every 30 days, up to $3,000 maximum, if your build takes longer than the build time listed in our partnership agreement. Homeowner responsibility delays will be removed from the overall build time, which includes an additional 3 weeks added due to rescheduling of supplies and trade labor.
